QUALITY POLICY

The Management of COSCOLLOLA ENGINEERING establishes and disseminates this Quality Policy in order to consolidate and improve the Quality Management System at all levels of the organization.

The main activity focuses on the following activities:

“Engineering and Development of Solutions for Bulk Solids Handling. Sale of Equipment and related spare parts.”

This policy adopts commitments, which are considered key to the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System and that support the Strategic Management of the organization, as follows:

• Customer Satisfaction. Providing at all times a professional, attentive, and effective service.
• Quick and Efficient Methodology. Establishing work methodologies that define and organize the tasks of each responsible person, to manage customer orders with maximum speed and efficiency.
• Context Analysis. Understanding the existing contextual situation, both internal and external, such as the working environment, the sector it targets, the competition, the market, existing technology, geographic location, climate change, stakeholders’ needs, and existing processes.
• Technology and Innovation. Keeping up to date with sector technologies to develop the most suitable project and offer the best Legal and Regulatory Compliance. Knowing and complying with applicable legislation and regulations.
• Environmental Impact Prevention. Considering the environment and avoiding, as much as possible, the impact of our activities on the environment.
• Talent. Sensitizing and training the entire human team in quality aspects related to their activities.
• People and Infrastructure. Providing this company with the necessary resources, both human and infrastructure, and systems, for the correct provision and development of services.
• Quality Objectives Compliance. Working towards achieving established objectives, continuous improvement of services, and the effectiveness of the quality management system.
• Non-Quality Prevention. Managing non-quality to avoid risks, threats, and being able to prevent and reduce unwanted effects.
• Continuous Improvement. Continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Management System.

The Management of COSCOLLOLA ENGINEERING undertakes to make this Quality Policy available to interested parties. Likewise, it will ensure its communication, understanding, and application within the organization itself.
